How it worksPricing

How applyr works

Four steps. You do the first and the last; applyr does the middle two and proves its work.

01

Upload your resume, once

We read your PDF or Word file into a structured profile — roles, dates, bullets, skills, education — and show it to you before anything else happens.

Parsing is never perfect, so you confirm it. Fix a date, correct a title, add the skills that got missed. From that moment the profile is the only thing applyr is allowed to say about you.

02

Jobs get found and scored

We pull openings directly from companies' own careers systems, then score each one against your actual background.

A score on its own is just a number, so every match comes with reasons that quote both sides — what in your history fits, and what the posting asks for that you don't have. Roles wanting far more experience than you have are filtered out before they ever cost you a read.

03

Your resume, rewritten for that job

For each job we reorder your bullets, re-weight your skills and reword lines to use the posting's own vocabulary.

Reordering and rewording only. Nothing is generated from scratch, no employer or date moves, and no number changes. If it doesn't fit one page, the least relevant lines come off — and we tell you exactly which ones.

04

You check it, then we apply

You see every change side by side with your original, keep or undo each one, then we fill in the company's form.

We stop before submitting so you can read the filled-in form first. On Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby we can send it for you. Anywhere that needs you signed in, we prepare the resume and hand it back — we never hold your credentials.

The check

What "verified" actually means

Before a rewrite can be rendered, it is compared field by field against the profile you confirmed.

Employers, titles and dates

Compared as a set. A promotion you didn't have fails as both an unknown entry and a missing one.

Numbers

Checked per employer, so a real metric from one job cannot migrate onto another.

Skills

Must already be on your resume. Reordering is the whole point; adding is forbidden.

Contact details

Byte-identical. A mangled email is a silently dead application.

Every violation is reported at once, not one at a time. If anything fails, the document is never produced — so it can never be sent.
