Your resume, and the structured profile we read from it: name, contact details, work history, education and skills. The jobs matched to you, the scores and reasons, the resumes and cover letters written for each one, and the record of what you applied to.

Because every rewrite is compared against it. Without the original on file there is nothing to check a tailored version against, and the guarantee this product is built on stops being possible.

Into an application you approve, and nowhere else. We do not sell it, share it with recruiters, or add you to a candidate database. Job listings are read from companies' public careers systems — those requests contain no information about you.

Reading your resume, scoring jobs and writing tailored versions use a large language model. Your resume text and the job description are sent to that provider to do it. [Name the provider and link its data-retention terms.] We do not use your resume to train any model.

We never ask for, store or use passwords for job sites. Where a site requires you to be signed in, applyr prepares the documents and hands the application back to you.

[Decide: keep until the account is deleted, or expire after a fixed period of inactivity.] Deleting your account removes your profile, matches, generated documents and application history. [State how long backups persist after deletion.]
