Draft. The descriptions of what applyr does are accurate. Anything in [square brackets] still needs a decision, and this page has not been reviewed by a lawyer.

What applyr does

applyr matches you to job openings, writes a version of your resume for each, and — where the company's application form is public — submits it after you approve it.

What you are responsible for

The accuracy of your resume. applyr checks that a tailored version says nothing your profile does not, but it cannot know whether your profile itself is true. You are applying for these jobs; every application goes out in your name and with your approval.

What we do not promise

We do not promise interviews, replies or offers. We do not promise that a company's form will accept an automated submission — forms change, and some ask questions only you can answer. When an application fails we record the reason and tell you.

Fair use

applyr applies on your behalf, at a deliberate pace, to openings you have seen. Using it to mass-submit to jobs you have not reviewed is not what it is for, and we may limit accounts that do. [Decide whether to state a daily cap.]

Payment

applyr is $10 per month. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. [State the refund position and the payment processor.]

Ending your account

You can stop at any time. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or a job site. [State notice period and appeal route.]

Liability and law

[Liability limitation, and the governing law and jurisdiction for your entity.]
